Some opinions about the hotels and the location:

King 8 Grove Tides: "The view was great, with terrific service both in the hotel and at its beach area. It's right in the middle of the South Beach milieu, so many of the restaurants and much of the night life are in walking distance. The room was very spacious and comfortable."

The Betsy Hotel: "You couldn't ask for a better location if Miami Beach nightlife is your destination. The Betsy is in the middle of it all, right on Ocean Drive. A perfect place to stay in Miami Beach."

Loews Miami Beach Hotel: "We had spectacular views of the ocean. Great pool area with good service. Very beautiful property and lovely location in south beach. Good dining options with a fun bar downstairs. Would luv to stay there again!"

The Angler's Boutique Resort: "The location of the hotel is two blocks from the beach and less than a five minute walk. Very close and convenient to get to but far enough away from Ocean Drive to avoid the noise and late night traffic. There are many restaurants in the area and we felt at ease walking everywhere day or evening."

Dream South Beach: "The Dream South Beach was located just 1 min. walking distance to all the restaurants and a 1 1/2 min. walk to the beach. You can't beat the location! Would definitely consider staying here again."

Crowne Plaza South Beach: "This is a great place to stay, one block from South Beach and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops on both Lincoln and Espanola Way. We stayed for one night after a cruise that was the mistake we should have stayed much longer."

The Hotel: "The hotel is really nice, well located and staffed with friendly and helpful people. A block from the beach and about 15 minutes (on foot) to a lot of the great shops and restaurants. I'd definitely stay there again."

Edgewater South Beach: " The hotel is in a prime location as we were in walking distance to the beach, shopping and nightlife. It is a short walking distance to the beach, just across Ocean Dr, and the hotel graciously accommodated us with beach towels and chairs. The hotel is new and the lobby and rooms were very clean. "

Villa Italia Hotel: "I have just returned from a 4 day stay at this hotel and I am very happy to highly recommend this spot to all those who want a terrific location near all the action but want a quiet, friendly place as well. I will return again when I am in the Miami Beach area; no question about that! I also thought the prices quite fair."

Hilton Grand Vacations: "Great location,you can walk to everything,beach,shops,bars and restaurants. Great place to stay in South Beach."
